An early demo is often about understanding workflow fit rather than processing real cases. Fictional examples can expose navigation, output structure, and review behavior without requiring a decision about live information at the outset. They should still reflect realistic operational complexity.
A practical approach
Include missing fields, competing interpretations, and a clear expected outcome in the example. Tell the provider what the example is intended to test. Review sensitive-data use separately through the organization’s established process before moving beyond exploration.
